Membership Criteria
An individual interested in Membership should meet the following criteria:
1. Interested in supporting and promoting the aims of HYV as outlined in the vision, mission and objectives.
2. Involvement in the area of social service activities as outlined in HYV objectives.
3. Must volunteer for HYV event as organizing team member
4. Must attend 80% of the meetings that are held to discuss future events and ongoing activities.

* Responsibilities
1. Supporting and promoting the mission, vision and values of the HYV.
2. Ensuring a correct balance between HYV and non-HYV activities.
3. Reporting progress against given plan timely and effectively.
4. Identifying the short comings and issues within the team.
5. Working in collaboration with other team members.
6. Contributing towards successful communication.
7. Follow the Team Leader's Instructions effectively.
8. Contributing towards positive motivation and learning.
9. Should take initiatives within his/her own University/Institute under the guidance of Core Team of HYV.
10. Should be punctual and obedient towards Seniors.
11. Should be positive towards all situations and deal everything in a positive and efficient way.
12. Must be active socially and promote HYV's events on all social media sites.

9. Depending on performance Ambassador will be awarded permanent membership of HYV.

Please note that the Membership Fee for One Year : Rs. 2000/-, and for Life Time : Rs. 5000/-
